Densified  Wooden Chequered Floor Boards

Densified chequered Floor Boards are manufactured using eco-friendly local plantation timber, under strict quality control with German Collaboration. The product provides a friction resistant, anti-skid chequered surface, which is bonded with superior grade phenolic resin.  It is a medium – density compreg plywood, which possesses excellent strength, durability and all weather resistance.

Densified Chequered Floor Boards are available in Resin impregnated, film face and metal cladded variants. A sound-absorbing floor board, which reduces the noise level by 21 DB, can also be provided. Each type of floor board can be supplied up to a size of 3.2 meters X 1.75 meters per sheet.

Vishal Densified Chequered Floor Boards are treated on both sides with thermosetting phenolic resins and micro-organism resistant chemicals. This treatment protects the board from chips, cracks, wraps, twists, termite, fungus, rot and abrasive action of water, sand and extreme weather conditions.
